Auto-Renewing Subscriptions:

• Subscribed users enjoy unlimited access to the app's translation services, including speech-to-text recognition, translation, and text-to-speech features.

• Unsubscribed users have limited daily access to these services.

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the renewal cost will be identified.

• Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by accessing the user's Account Settings after purchase.

• If applicable, any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

 

General Prohibitions

As a user of Subee: Cancel Subscription & Refund, you agree not to engage in, or attempt to engage in, any of the following activities:

• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of Subee: Cancel Subscription & Refund's systems or networks, or attempting to breach any security or authentication measures.

• Accessing, tampering with, or using non-public areas of Subee: Cancel Subscription & Refund, including its computer systems or the technical delivery systems of Subee: Cancel Subscription & Refund's providers.

• Impersonating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Violating the privacy of others.

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

• Encouraging or enabling any other individual to engage in any of the aforementioned activities.

While we are not obligated to monitor your access to Subee: Cancel Subscription & Refund or review or edit your content, we reserve the right to do so in order to operate Subee: Cancel Subscription & Refund, ensure compliance with these Terms, or fulfill legal requirements. We may remove or disable access to any of your content at any time and without notice if we, at our sole discretion, deem it objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We also have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects Subee: Cancel Subscription & Refund and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.
